At this time, due to the length of our wait list, we are not taking new patients.
Our first visit Intake Fee is $250-600 depending on the provider you see. Anticipate this being a three-hour visit in the office. For those with concussion, neurofeedback/neurostimulation, chronic pain, or Ketamine referral, the first visit fee will be $360 depending on the severity of the case. Please provide a reason for your visit and referral so we can rapidly get you in for stabilization.
Patients interested in neurofeedback/neurostimulation may require QEEG/ERP/MatLab analysis which will require 90 minutes in the office on the first or second visit.
Patients referred for refractory major depression, plan 4-6 IV Ketamine infusions over 2-3 weeks with the possibility of a continued maintenance infusion every 4-8 weeks in severe cases. We often administer tDCS and/or neurophotomodulation along with Ketamine to increase efficacy and reduce the need for maintenance therapy.
As noted elsewhere, we do not accept insurance because of the length of the visit. We are not a provider for medicare/medicaid. We can provide a receipt with diagnosis codes to submit to your private insurance if your policy covers “out of network” providers. We accept checks, cash, or credit card at the time of your visit and certainly always will take a socially distanced hug or smile.
We do not adhere to a set protocol for most conditions, as every patient is different so we will not be able to answer details about expected treatment and diagnosing persons thru email. We will need to see you in person to make treatment decisions. However, as a general rule, IV Ketamine clients respond in 4-6 treatments. Our success rate with all therapies including Ketamine, concussion, and Lyme disease is above 90%. For patients with dementia and cognitive issues, we anticipate stabilization while looking for root causes and in cases of mild cognitive impairment, we anticipate reversal and improved functioning.
