To set up a new patient intake appointment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As of Fall 2020, our average wait list time is 6-12 months which varies month to month, so please understand we will not be able to answer all emails and phone calls about the wait list. Due to COVID, we sometimes have cancellations that new patients can fill, avoiding longer times on the wait list. Let us know via email if you would like to be notified of cancellations.
Our first visit Intake Fee is $500-600 depending on the provider you see. Anticipate this being a 2-3 hour visit in the office. For those with concussion, neurofeedback/neurostimulation, chronic pain, or Ketamine referral, the first visit fee will be $250-$360 depending on the severity of the case. For Ketamine, the first infusion is included in the cost of the visit.
Patients for neurofeedback/neurostimulation will require QEEG/ERP/MatLab analysis, which will require 90 minutes in the office.
Patients with refractory major depression require 4-6 IV Ketamine infusions over 2-3 weeks with the possibility of a continued maintenance infusion every 4-8 weeks in severe cases. We often administer tDCS and/or neurophotomodulation along with Ketamine.
As noted elsewhere, we do not accept insurance because of the length of the visit. We are not a provider for medicare/medicaid. We can give you a receipt with diagnosis codes to submit to your private insurance if your policy covers “out of network” providers. We accept checks, cash, or credit card at the time of your visit.
We do not adhere to a set protocol for some conditions, as every patient is different. So we will not be able to answer details about expected treatment and diagnosing persons thru email. We will need to see someone in person to make treatment decisions. However, as a general rule, IV Ketamine clients respond in 4-6 treatments. Our success rate with all therapies including Ketamine is above 90%.
